Shipping Policy

At Hydrofast, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at the most competitive rate possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery services, timeframes, and charges.

Free Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT) to UK mainland addresses.

For orders under £150 (excluding VAT), a standard shipping fee will apply. This charge is based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery postcode of the order. The final delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Oversized Items (Over 3 Metres in Length)

Some of our products are classed as oversized due to their physical dimensions — typically items that are longer than 3 metres. These products require specialist courier services and additional handling.

A flat-rate shipping charge of £55 (excluding VAT) applies to each oversized item. This charge is added automatically at checkout and is excluded from our free delivery offer, regardless of the total order value. Oversized products are clearly marked on their product pages.

If your order includes both standard and oversized items, the total shipping cost will be calculated accordingly and shown during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Standard items are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. Oversized or specialist items may take between 2 to 5 working days, depending on the courier and delivery location. A dispatch confirmation and tracking details (where available) will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our trade counter at Hydrofast Ltd, Milborne St Andrew, Dorset, DT11 0HZ. You can select this option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. All collections must take place during our standard business hours.

Additional Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier-related delays. Some deliveries may require assistance with offloading, especially for heavy or oversized items, so please ensure someone is available on-site to receive the delivery. If you require express delivery or have any specific courier requests, please contact us before placing your order.
