Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item you are returning, including all original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  4. Address for Returns: Returns Department

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@hydrofast.co.uk

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised items, and intimate or sanitary products.

Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a return or exchange. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
