At Hydrofast, we believe in rewarding your loyalty. That’s why we’ve introduced Hydropoints — a simple and generous way to earn credit every time you shop with us.

🛒 How It Works

Earn 1 Hydropoints for every £1 spent (excluding VAT and shipping) on eligible purchases.

Points are automatically added to your account once your order is fulfilled.

Redeem £25 off your order when you reach 1,000 Hydropoints — a 2.5% reward - see below for VIP Tiers to increase reward % percentage.

❌ Excluded Products

While we aim to include as much of our range as possible, certain low-margin products are excluded from the loyalty scheme.

These items will be clearly marked on our website.

Excluded products do not earn points and cannot be purchased using redeemed points.

This applies to only a small percentage of our total range.

🔁 Redeeming Points

You can redeem points in multiples of 1,000 (£25) during checkout.

There is no cash alternative.

Points are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original account holder.

⏳ Point Expiry

To keep the system fair and active:

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).

Each qualifying purchase or redemption resets the expiry timer.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Returned or refunded orders will result in the associated points being removed from your account.

If points were redeemed on a returned order, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

🧾 Eligibility

Open to all Hydrofast online account holders, including trade customers (subject to terms).

Points are earned on eligible product purchases only.

No points are awarded on shipping, VAT, or excluded products.

⚠️ Important Notes

Hydrofast reserves the right to amend or cancel the Hydropoints programme at any time.

VIP tier status is based on lifetime points earned, regardless of redemptions.

Fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts or misuse of points, may lead to removal from the programme.
